ScreenPop is

pop and call rejection.
What is screen pop?
Using the caller ID of the incoming call,
ScreenPop
searches for the caller in Microsoft Outlook contacts, or launches
custom applications to search the web or your company database. If
the caller is found, the information is popped on the screen,
thereby increasing your efficiency.

- Ethernet network hub (not a switch)*
*A hub is not needed if VONaLink is running on the same
computer as the soft phone. For hard phones or analog telephone adapters, a hub
is needed.
