ScreenPop for Windows

ScreenPop is the next generation of computer telephony software, designed to work with Voice over Internet (VoIP) phone systems. ScreenPop combines two of the most sought after features - screen pop and call rejection.

What is screen pop?

Using the caller ID of the incoming call, ScreenPop searches for the caller in Microsoft Outlook contacts, or launches custom applications to search the web or your company database. If the caller is found, the information is popped on the screen, thereby increasing your efficiency.

System requirements

  • VoIP phone using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
  • Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003, 2000
  • Ethernet network hub (not a switch)*

*A hub is not needed if VONaLink is running on the same computer as the soft phone. For hard phones or analog telephone adapters, a hub is needed.
