SoloRecord for Windows

SoloRecord is the next generation of call recording software, designed to work with Voice over Internet (VoIP) phone systems. SoloRecord combines three of the most sought after features - call recording, call rejection, and screen pop.

What is screen pop?

Using the caller ID of the incoming call, SoloRecord searches for the caller in Microsoft Outlook contacts, or launches custom applications to search the web or your company database. If the caller is found, the information is popped on the screen, thereby increasing your efficiency.

System requirements

  • VoIP phone using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
  • Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003, 2000
  • Ethernet network hub (not a switch)*
*A hub is not needed if VONaLink is running on the same computer as the soft phone. For hard phones or analog telephone adapters, a hub is needed.
