• Internet connection with at least 180 kbps upstream and 180 kbps downstream bandwidth

*For Vonage, SoftPhone add-on plan required

Installation

Do not install VONaLink on Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, or NT.

1. Login to Windows as a user with Administrator privilege
2. Run VLdialSetup.exe
