*A hub is not needed if VONaLink is running on the same computer as the soft phone. For hard phones or analog telephone adapters, a hub is needed.

Installation

Do not install VONaLink on Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, or NT.

  1. Login to Windows as a user with Administrator privilege
  2. If you have VONaLink SoloRecord or TeamRecord installed, uninstall it first and reboot.
  3. Run VLpopSetup.exe
