1. Verify system requirements

  • VoIP phone using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
  • Mac OS X v10.3 or later (v10.5 recommended), PowerPC or Intel
  • Ethernet network hub (not a switch)*
*A hub is not needed if VONaLink is running on the same computer as the soft phone. For hard phones or analog telephone adapters, a hub is needed.

VONaLink will not work with:

  • Cablevision Optimum Voice
  • Cisco with Skinny (SCCP) protocol
  • H.323
  • Integrated cable modem and phone adapter
  • MGCP
  • Packet8 Virtual Office
  • Rogers Home Phone
  • Skype
  • Time Warner Digital Phone

Evaluations are provided for 15 days, solely to allow you to determine whether to purchase a permanent license to the software. Download location and evaluation serial number will be sent to you by e-mail.SoloRecord includes ScreenPop + recording, so it is not necessary to download ScreenPop if you are using SoloRecord.
